What the heck?!

Ok I just downloaded this, but when I go back to the App Store, the screen is stuck. I can move around in it and the background is moving all normally, but I cant get out of that thing where you press the app... Hard to explain, but I cant access the App Store anymore -_- the app itself is ok I guess
